Growth Hub and Accelerator Programme Workshops
We help startups and entrepreneurs have conversations with their users to validate the need for a digital product or service.

We upskill small businesses to engage with their customers and users.

The one area that startups typically need help on, is understanding their customers and what their users are looking for in a digital product or service. Sometimes products and services are designed and built without talking to customers.

By understanding and empathising with users, digital products and services can be designed and built to meet their needs. By understanding the user, businesses can save money from reducing wasted resource and efforts can be invested in delivering a digital product or service users and customers want.

We use the idea of a Minimal Viable Product to shape our Growth Hub and Accelerator Programme Workshops. A Minimal Viable Product is “version of a new product which allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least effort.” (Eric Ries, Lean Startup)

Before an MVP is built, we can help businesses:
  • Test their beliefs and assumptions about who their customers and users are
  • Research user needs to generate insights for ideation to be based on
  • Test product concepts
  • Understand the market and competition
If an MVP is built without any user input, we can help businesses:
  • Validate their customers and explore new market opportunities
  • Test their beliefs and assumptions about their customers and users
  • Research user needs to provide insight on customer and user behaviour
  • Test product concepts and the MVP with users
  • Understand the market and competition
